SCIENCE FOR BIBLE BELIEVERS

Introduction

Overview

Chapter 1 of this book is the introduction, which is the chapter you have almost finished.
In Chapter 2, I will teach you the theory of evolution. You may be surprised to find out that the theory of evolution says nothing about randomness. In fact, once you understand what it really says, I’m sure you’ll agree that it is true, and you’ve known that since you were a child.
In Chapter 3, I’ll focus on natural selection, which is where randomness comes into play. In that chapter, I won’t attempt to convince you that natural selection is true. My goal there is only for you to understand it.
In Chapter 4, I’ll begin attempting to convince you that natural selection is true by presenting different types of evidence.
In Chapter 5, I’ll investigate the origin of life. Natural selection actually says nothing about this, and there are no theories about it in the book of science. I’ll show you some of the theories that have been proposed to explain the origin of life and the problems with them.
In Chapter 6, I’ll present the big bang theory and explain why that theory is in the book of science. You will see that this theory doesn’t really say something was created from nothing.
In Chapter 7, I’ll talk about miracles. You will see that none of the theories in the book of science discount the truth of the miracles reported in the Bible, and one of them actually explains how they might be possible.
In Chapter 8, I will provide you with some arguments you can use when witnessing to a scientist.
In Chapter 9, I will encourage you to witness to scientists, even the ones who are filled with evil demons. Also, I’ll provide some advice for how to get through to them.
In Chapter 10, I’ll tell you what I believe about the scientific theories I presented to you in this book.
At the end of the book, there is a glossary, and there are links throughout the book to its entries. Also, there are links to the references and notes.
