COMIC STRIP IDEAS
I‘m not much of an artist, and when I come up with ideas for comic strips, I can‘t really draw them well enough. So I am listing my comic strip ideas here, and I encourage you to draw them for me. And feel free to publish any of them, if you wish. I don‘t even ask for any money you might gain as a result. (However, I probably won‘t decline if you offer me money...)
There is just one frame. It has a picture of two cars parked head-to-head in a parking lot. Both drivers are leaning out of their windows waving their hands forward. One of them is saying, “No, you go!” And the caption says, “The Pull-Through.”
The scene is the bridge of the Enterprise on “Star Trek: The Next Generation”. In the first frame, Lieutenant Commander Worf says, “Photon torpedos are on-line, Captain.” In the second frame, Captain Picard says, “Very good. Fire at will.” In the last frame, Worf pulls out a phaser gun and shoots Commander Will Riker.
A man is sitting on a couch, and another man brings a bowl of potato chips, saying, “Try these chips. The commercial says you can‘t eat just one.” “Oh that‘s ridiculous,” the other man says. “Just watch this.” He takes one potato chip and eats it. Then he looks at the bowl, hungrily, for a while. Finally, he says, “And now I‘ll show you how I can eat just one again.”
